- Scheduled service flights are operated in Swiss-built Pilatus PC-12 turbine-powered aircraft flown by two pilots with air-conditioning, a pressurized cabin, and ample room for luggage. Scheduled service is operated in a commuter-configured aircraft featuring 8 forward-facing seats.
- For regular commuters, the ticket book offers significant savings as well as exclusive access to the automated waitlist system, ability to book private scheduled service, ease of booking and flight management through the mobile app, and value of unused tickets does not expire.
- Ticket book holders also receive a one-time 10% discount on a Tradewind private service. Additionally, they are able to book private scheduled service and purchase single trip journeys on other scheduled service routes for a discount.
