With a Tradewind Rewards profile you will:
- Earn loyalty points for every scheduled flight flown
- Book travel with your points online
- View upcoming flights and trip history
- Manage your information, view and print itineraries, update contact info
- No blackout dates or restrictions on reward flights
- Points are valid for five years from date earned.
- Cancellation Policy: Changes up to 24 hours before departure without penalty for St Barths, Virgin Gorda, and Anguilla routes. Changes up to 48 hours before departure without penalty for Nantucket and Vineyard routes. New fare may apply. Credit from cancellations valid one year from date of credit issuance.
- Cancellation within 24 hours for St Barths, Virgin Gorda, and Anguilla routes hours results in forfeited points value. Cancellation within 48 hours for Nantucket and Vineyard routes results in forfeited points value.
- Ticket book flights and private charter flights do not accumulate points.
- Past points can be requested to be added to your account for flights you completed within the last 12 months. Please email these requests to email@example.com with reservation numbers and your loyalty profile number.
- Points are non-transferable.

LINK LOYALTY ACCOUNT TO UPCOMING FLIGHTS
You can either link your loyalty account to your upcoming flight during the booking process, or anytime after your booking before departure. During the booking process, after submitting payment, you will be prompted to the Manage My Booking, where you can link loyalty profiles to each traveling passenger.
To link loyalty accounts to upcoming flights anytime after booking and before departure, click the Manage My Booking button below and enter appropriate loyalty profile details. Please note that if a flight has already flown, points will have to be manually added through the Tradewind office. To do this, email firstname.lastname@example.org with reservation numbers and your loyalty profile number.
