All flights are flown in the Tradewind operated fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Tradewind Aviation is ARGUS and Wyvern safety rated

  • The hourly rate includes landing, airport and domestic segment fees
  • FET is not included and charged at the time of the card purchase
  • Day trips are discounted by 20%. Trips must start and end within 12 hours
  • De-ice is billed additional at actual price
  • $250 charge for landing or takeoff from class B airports
  • Additional charges may include: non-preferred FBO ($250), after hours fees, catering, cleaning, ground transportation (+15% service fee)

The hourly rate is guaranteed for the duration of the one year contract

Yes, 0.2 flight hours are added for taxi, takeoff, and landing

Yes, there is a minimum charge of 0.8 hours per live segment

The Pilatus PC-12 can accommodate up to 8 passengers

  • No penalty if the flight is cancelled outside of 24 hours
  • 100% charge if the flight is cancelled within 24 hours

  • Northeast: 300 Nautical Miles from Westchester County Airport (HPN)
    • Northeast range map for Tradewind Aviation
  • Southeast: 350 Nautical Miles from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), including all of The Bahamas
    • Southeast range map for Tradewind Aviation
  • Caribbean: 300 Nautical Miles from San Juan International Airport (SJU)
    • Caribbean range map for Tradewind Aviation
  • Trip must begin and end within the region

 

All flights are scheduled to operate in the Tradewind fleet and availability is on a first come first served basis

  • Contract term is one year. At the end of the term, customer will have option to re-up at prevailing rate and roll remaining credit into new card
  • Agreement may be terminated for a 10% fee on remaining funds, with any leftover balance refunded within 60 days
