For scheduled service passengers, if you have purchased our VIP Experience, you will be met by a Tradewind agent at the jetway of your airline arrival. To purchase VIP Experience or to provide your connecting flight information, please contact us. While we are unable to offer a VIP Experience for return flights to San Juan, all Tradewind guests are met by our team in immigrations and customs and directed to their connecting airline check-in areas.

For private jet transfers, immigration and customs is performed at the FBO for a quick transfer to the awaiting aircraft.
