• Follow airport signage for JetBlue Departures.
• Tradewind check-in counters are located in Terminal A, directly adjacent to the JetBlue counters.

• Transportation from the FBO to the main terminal must be arranged directly with the FBO you are arriving into.
• Please advise the FBO that Tradewind check-in counters are located in Terminal A, departure level.
• Provide your tail number and arrival time to:
  • scheduledservice@flytradewind.com, or
  • 203-267-3305 (Option 1).
• Please allow a minimum of 90 minutes between your FBO arrival and the scheduled departure time of your Tradewind flight.

*If you are traveling on an interline booking (JetBlue and Tradewind booked together), your luggage will be transferred directly to Tradewind.

If you have checked luggage to collect*:

• Follow signs for baggage claim, which is located on the lower level.
• After retrieving your luggage:
  • Proceed to the far end of the hallway (carousels on your right).
  • Proceed up the elevator or escalator to Terminal A check-in area.
• Tradewind check-in is located to the left of the JetBlue check-in stations.

If you do not have checked luggage to collect:

If you have arrived at JetBlue gates 4-8:

• Follow signs for JetBlue gates 1-3
• Duty-free will be on your left as you proceed into the hallway
• Exit the hallway through the exit doors on your left
  • The doors are located before reaching gate 3
• Turn left and proceed to the check-in
• Tradewind check-in is located to the left of the JetBlue check-in stations.

If you have arrived at JetBlue gates 1-3:

• Turn to the left and proceed past gate 3
• Proceed through the exit doors just after gate 3
• Turn left and proceed to the check-in
• Tradewind check-in is located to the left of the JetBlue check-in stations.

If you have checked luggage to collect:

• Follow the signs for baggage claim, which is located on the lower level.
• After retrieving your luggage:
  • Proceed out the main door, walk past the taxi stand (on your right), and straight to the elevator.
  • Take the elevator to the second floor (departures)
• From the elevator on the departures level

• • Turn left and follow the signs for JetBlue Terminal A
• Tradewind check-in is located to the left of the JetBlue check-in stations.

If you do not have luggage to collect:

• Proceed to the end of the concourse towards baggage claim.
• At the end of the concourse, turn left towards JetBlue gates 1-3.
• After passing gate 3, take the exit doors directly in front.
• Turn left and proceed to the check-in.
