When he’s not competing on the PGA TOUR Champions, Clarke calls The Abacos home. A current resident of The Abaco Club, a private luxury residential and sporting community on Winding Bay in The Bahamas, Clarke trains and hosts golf events on-site and enjoys the world-class saltwater flats fly fishing and sport-fishing opportunities the region affords. A celebrated professional golfer from Northern Ireland, Clarke is renowned for his achievements on the global stage. He is best known for his victory at the 2011 Open Championship at Royal St George’s and two World Golf Championships titles, including his memorable 2000 Match Play win over Tiger Woods. With more than 20 career wins across the PGA TOUR, European Tour, and PGA TOUR Champions, Clarke has also represented Europe in five Ryder Cups and served as team captain in 2016. Most recently, Clarke added the 2022 Senior Open Championship to his already distinguished resume and remains active on the PGA TOUR Champions.
