- **Check-in Requirements**: Arrive 30 minutes before Northeast scheduled flights at private FBO terminals and arrive 60 minutes before Bahamas and Caribbean scheduled flights. If connecting from a commercial airline for Caribbean flights, minimum connection times are 90 minutes for domestic, and 120 minutes for international
- **Luggage Allowance**: 50 pounds/23 kilograms of total luggage weight per passenger, including all carry-on sized luggage and personal items for scheduled flights
- **Pet Policy**: Pet-friendly flights with maximum of 1 party with up to 2 large pets per flight, maximum 3 pets per flight, weight restrictions apply. Pets under 100 pounds fly complimentary
